Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days of the date on which you or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods (or the final goods in case of a contract for the delivery of goods in multiple partial shipments or parts) or from the day of conclusion of the contract in case of digital content which is not delivered on a physical data carrier, without the giving of reasons.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform Lobbes, Via San Raffaele 1, Milan 20121, Italy of your decision to revoke this contract. For this purpose, you can contact us by email via email@example.com or by post at San Raffaele 1, Milan 20121, Italy. In order to comply with the deadline for revocation, it suffices for you to have sent the notification concerning the exercising of the right of revocation prior to the expiry of the deadline or for you to have returned the goods within the deadline defined below.
Consequences of revocation
Should you revoke this contract, all payments which you have made will be returned. This repayment will take place immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which the notification concerning your revocation of this contract was received by Lobbes, in reservation of the situations referred to below. For this repayment, the same payment method which you selected during the original transaction will be used, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. No fee will be charged in connection with the repayment. The repayment can be refused until Lobbes has received the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which occurs sooner.
You must return the goods immediately and in all cases within fourteen days of the date on which you notified Lobbes of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been complied with if you send the goods back before its expiry. You must pay the direct costs of the return, unless otherwise stated in the statutory provisions. Items which cannot be sent will be collected by us. You are only required to pay compensation for any loss of value in relation to the goods if this is due to use of the goods which goes beyond what is necessary in order to check the quality, properties and function of these.
Exclusions from the right of revocation
The right of revocation does not exist in case of remote sales contracts.
- The right of revocation also does not exist for goods which have been manufactured in accordance with customer specifications, which are clearly tailored to personal requirements, which are not suitable for return due to their qualities, which deteriorate quickly or where the used by date has been exceeded.
- The right of revocation does not apply to the delivery of sound or video recordings or software, should you have broken the seal of the data carrier which has been delivered.
